Club Retention Series: Your Club's Visibility and the Member & Guest Experiences
January 30 | 5-6 pm

This Working Lab serves as the strategic entry point for the January–June 2026 Club Retention series, centering retention efforts on the lived experience of clubs from first discovery through ongoing member engagement. By examining the moments before, during, and after meetings, the session provides a shared framework to assess experience, clarify expectations, and prioritize one sustainable improvement that supports belonging, consistency, and club health, aligned with Pathways Levels 3–5 within Toastmasters International.
