All contestants and functionaries will be contacted ahead of the contest to ensure everyone has tested the Zoom app and is comfortable using it. Guests are welcome to join us for the contest, however, they must send a request for an invite to Adrienne Pluss no later than 5:00 PM, Thursday, March 26, 2020, in order to allow time to load invitees into the meeting. Please send your full name and Toastmasters Club Name.There is no guarantee that requests received after 5:00 PM, 3/26, will be honored.
Contestants, functionaries and guests who do not have prior experience with using Zoom and are planning to attend, are encouraged to go href=”https://zoom.us/“>https://zoom.us/ and open a free account to get used to the application.
The Division A Contest Zoom meeting will be recorded for futureuse for training and lessons learned. All contestants, functionaries andguests will need to fill out a Video Release form, https://www.toastmasters.org/resources/video-release-form andsend the filled out form to Adrienne Pluss: firstname.lastname@example.org.
