Congratulations Joseph McCall!

District 8 held its International Speech contest on May 4, 2019 at the Spring Conference. Joseph McCall was the First Place winner of the District 8 contest. The video of Joseph’s speech was sent on to Toastmasters International for entry into the newly implemented Region Quarter Finals. We are proud to announce that Joseph placed 3rd in the quarter finals. This is truly a notable accomplishment. Great job Joseph!
